Information we collect

When you submit a team application, we collect the name or handle, Discord username, country or time zone, role preference, experience, availability, portfolio link and written answers that you provide.

How we use the information

Application information is used only to review your suitability for collaboration with Northweld Games, contact shortlisted applicants and maintain recruitment records.

Where the application is sent

Applications are delivered to a private Northweld Games Discord channel through a server-side integration. Discord may process this information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Unsuccessful applications should be deleted when they are no longer needed for the recruitment process. You may request deletion by contacting Northweld Games through the same Discord account listed in your application.

Security

The public website does not contain the Discord webhook address. Application delivery is handled by the website server and protected by validation, submission limits and automated spam controls.

Your responsibility

Do not include passwords, private keys, identity documents, financial information or confidential material belonging to another person in an application.
